Alongside this, Jade also founded Privé Hair Organics, one of Australia’s leading luxury salon destinations, built on a philosophy of healthy hair, sustainable practices and an uncompromising client experience.
Building two successful businesses while navigating motherhood has required resilience, adaptability and countless hours of hard work. Like many women in business, Jade has balanced sleepless nights with strategy meetings, family life with leadership, and the everyday challenges that come with growing organisations while remaining present for her young family.
Throughout every stage of growth, one principle has remained constant—to create businesses that genuinely improve people’s lives.
