Privé’s Founder, Jade Crosland
Established in 2018 by Jade Crosland, former Toni & Guy Manager, Trainer and Head Technician, Privé began from humble beginnings. By utilising over 17 years of hairdressing experience, Jade began Privé with a small and highly skilled team offering professional mobile hairdressing services. Jade’s vision for Privé was to remove the stigma associated with mobile services, by establishing a team of senior salon professionals, delivering salon-quality results in the comfort and convenience of the client’s preferred location.
As Privé Hair & Makeup’s reputation grew, so did the demand for premium mobile services and Privé soon began to take bookings for styling and makeup services for weddings and events. Privé continues to attract Australia’s best hair and beauty professionals from across the country who are drawn to working with Privé by their company culture, fantastic earning structure and the opportunity to work on their passion/career full-time.

Privé’s Director, Henry Trier
Both from the UK originally, Henry and Jade met in Australia on their respective visas and quickly began their journey together towards Privé’s ongoing industry disruption along with sharing 2 children, 2 businesses and 1 strong work ethic and drive towards their goals.
Jade Crosland and Henry Trier share the same entrepreneurial mindset which has enabled them to continue Privé’s incredible growth. By utilising Jade’s service background from a 17-year-long career as an outstanding colourist for Toni & Guy which has seen her manage some of the top salons in the UK and Melbourne, her attention to detail around the client experience and delivering world-class service, have been an integral part in developing the client journey for Privé.
Combined with Henry’s operational mindset, eye for talent and ability to share the company vision and spread enthusiasm throughout the team and clients alike has enabled Privé to expand Privé nationwide & continues to attract a high-performing, loyal and professional workforce.
Privé’s Operations Manager, Cody
With an accomplished career spanning two decades in the salon industry, Cody has cultivated a wealth of experience as a Salon Owner, accomplished Hairdresser, and seasoned educator. His journey in the industry has been marked by a profound dedication to the craft and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Cody expertly manages the daily operations of Privé as well as leads our creative team. His innate understanding of our clients and organisational acumen ensures that each of our Artists are able to deliver a personalised experience for every client.
His commitment to innovation extends beyond technical proficiency, as he actively seeks ways to elevate the overall client experience. Through strategic planning and an innate understanding of evolving beauty standards, he cultivates an environment where our artists not only meet, but exceed client expectations.
